Seas the Day: The inspiring story of Debra Searle’s adventurous solo row across the Atlantic

Book online https://www.eventbrite.com/e/seas-the-day-the-inspiring-story-of-debra-searles-adventurous-solo-row-across-the-atlantic-tickets-66377056563

Debra Searle MVO MBE will share her amazing personal story of rowing the Atlantic solo for 111 days after her oarsman husband developed an uncontrollable fear of the ocean and had to be rescued just 2 weeks into the journey. More than just an inspiring storyteller, Debra leaves her audiences with actionable golden nuggets that she used to stay motivated at sea and that she relies on now to grow her businesses, taking her from school failure to working alongside the British Royal Family, founding five companies, and presenting over 40 programmes for the BBC. This session is about challenging our perceptions around skill set vs. mindset, the impact this has on teamwork and how to move beyond our comfort zones.

“I’m an entrepreneur, professional adventurer and motivational speaker who is convinced that learning to choose the right attitude can transform our work lives and our personal lives. I’m dedicated to showing people how to leverage their mindset so that they can kick the can’t out of life. It’s not magic, it’s mindset.
